Filter clonotypes based on categorical information. Parameters can be selected at the bottom of the page.

The file must include a CDR3 column so it can be merged with your
previously uploaded dataset.

VDJdb
Use filtering to highlight ‘public’ clonotypes, i.e. clonotypes with known reactivity identified in other individuals. Filtering is based on information deposited in vdjdb.cdr3.net (version as of 04/09/2025). Note that filtering is only possible by CDR3 amino acid column.
Note:
To make these comparisons meaningful, we suggest considering only
clonotypes restricted to HLA alleles also found in your donor/patient —
use the “Filter by MHC” checkbox.
